

All of us at NOT for KIDS! have had really bad customer service in our lives, most of it being training. So we want to appear like we really do care about serving you in the best way we can. We often use slogans like "The customer is always right," and "The customer isn't an interruption of your work, but the reason for it" and "Walk a mile in your customer's shoes before taking them from him." And we don't just throw those phrases around either. Some of them we don't understand. But, all in all, we want YOU to have the very best experience you can here, and if you don't, you simply MUST tell us about it. We really want to appear like we care.
